FireSide Natural Gas is a commercial natural gas company serving the state of Georgia. Focused on the business sectors Manufacturing and Processing, Hospitality, Agriculture, Healthcare and Government, Commercial Real Estate, and small businesses, FireSide works to provide simple and cost effective energy solutions.
Traditionally, energy companies employ sales representatives that build a book business to nurture a prospect from opening to closing. FireSide Natural Gas found hiring and retaining these roles difficult. They needed a new solution. They sought to provide a consistent flow of qualified leads and quote requests to a higher level sales team. This would eliminate the need for their sales representatives to make cold calls and free up their sales team’s to focus on closing energy deals.
Within 250 hours per month, design a program to manage outreach to over 30,000 natural gas commercial businesses in the state of Georgia. The effort worked to make the call attempts when a customer’s current agreement is coming up for expiration to increase the likelihood of conversion.
