Zawyer Sports and Entertainment (Zawyer) provides affordable family sports entertainment with an emphasis on quality fan experiences, community engagement and producing competitive sports teams and brands. Zawyer Sports owns, manages, and operates the Jacksonville Icemen and Savannah Ghost Pirates (both professional hockey teams), C3 Agency (a marketing and branding company), and the Community First Igloo (a sports and entertainment venue). Additionally, Zawyer Sports manages the professional hockey teams Atlanta Gladiators, Lake Tahoe Pro Hockey team, as well as the facility Ghost Pirates Ice.
Zawyer Sports has teams of Account Executives selling for their sports teams and venues. The Account Executives are expected to source leads, meet with B2B and B2C buyers, and close deals for ticket packages, sponsorships, and corporate and school events. Zawyer sought to expand their new lead generation to fill their pipeline, but the current sales team did not have the bandwidth to accomplish this at scale.
Quickly ramp up a team to work 320 hrs per month. Train each team member to call multiple regions with varied call scripts pursuing multiple business types including businesses with 20+ employees, churches, schools, summer camps, etc…
Working with Zawyer Sports, we sourced raw leads in multiple geographic areas, developed the call scripts, built the lead hand-off process, and trained up a team of eager college students to make outbound prospecting calls. This quickly gave Zawyer the team needed to secure more qualified leads for their Account Executives, so that they could rapidly hit their sales targets.
