The sales development certificate develops multiple career competencies – critical thinking, communication, empathy, and confidence – for companies without the time to focus fully on onboarding new sales hires. As a result, in 75 hours of learning and doing, participants receive all the tools necessary to jumpstart a career in sales. In addition, The Selling Factory will work with the company to ensure a participant is advancing the company’s goals in research and outreach.

We learn more by doing. With our sales development certificate, a participant spends 95% of time actually working with real companies. After classroom training, students head into our “Selling Lab” for 70 hours to conduct market research, make outbound calls for your company. By receiving coaching every step of the way, graduates are better prepared to advance their work with your company.
